Quaker Paul Ingram, executive director of the British American Security Information Council (BASIC), is one of the co-authors of a new report that highlights the potential for a cyber-attack on Britain’s nuclear weapons system.
Hacking Trident: A Growing Threat is written by Stanislav Abaimov, of the University of Rome; Tor Vergata; and Paul Ingram.
The report reviews the growing potential for cyber-attack on the UK’s operational fleet of Vanguard-class submarines armed with nuclear-tipped Trident II D-5 ballistic missiles.
