Exeter Quakers celebrated the three-month anniversary of their interfaith vigil which was set up in response to the shootings at two New Zealand mosques in March.

Ian Martin told the Friend that Quakers witnessed for peace every day outside Exeter Mosque for four weeks after the Christchurch shootings, and every Friday for the following eight weeks. He reported that Jewish, Pagan, Hindu, Buddhist and atheist people had attended. He added: ‘Islamaphobia doesn’t go away, we don’t go away.’
