I beg you to be patient

towards all that is unresolved in your heart.

Learn to love the questions

like locked rooms

or books written in a foreign tongue.

Don’t search for answers

which could not be given to you now

because you would not be able to live them…

The point is to live everything

and let the question flower.

Perhaps then someday

without even noticing it,

you may live your way into the answer.

The answer may be beyond words,

beyond even the need to know.
