Quakers sponsor video on ethical workplace behaviour
'Q&B will use the video ‘Hostile Work Environment’ to stimulate discussion about ethical behaviour in the workplace.'
The Quakers and Business (Q&B) group is sponsoring a team of three young people to make a video on workplace behaviour. Q&B will use the video ‘Hostile Work Environment’ to stimulate discussion about ethical behaviour in the workplace.
Q&B has signed a partnership with Ethos, the ‘network of social entrepreneurs and innovators’, to produce the video at a budget cost of £2,000. The Ethos Young Leader programme is a government-funded scheme to help young people to get started on their career. The video will be made by three people aged between eighteen and twenty-four.
According to Q&B, ‘We can show the charity commissioners that we are spending money and doing things for the benefit of our members.’
Ethos and the video team will do the work and provide the equipment and facilities. Q&B’s sponsorship will supplement the government funding, provide the project and supervise the project process.
