Lucy Roberts, the regional director of the Asia Programme of the American Friends Service Committee (AFSC), recently talked to about sixty people at an event organised by members of Bradford on Avon Meeting.
Lucy Roberts spoke on ‘Working for Peace in North Korea and Myanmar: Making a difference in turbulent times’ as part of a Quaker Week programme.
The AFSC, which has worked in North Korea since the 1980s, is 100 years old this year.
