Quaker peace education pack wins major prize
‘Students are shown that inner peace is important for outer peace.'

A peace education teaching pack, designed and produced by Britain Yearly Meeting, has been chosen by teachers for a major award.
The Teach Peace Pack, available in Welsh and English, is a top-five resource in the inaugural Global Dimension Awards 2022. A secondary version is due to be completed soon.
The prize was awarded by the organisation Reboot the Future, which works with a network of 17,000 educators and praised the pack for its ‘positive angle’, while also showing the cost of war. ‘Students are shown that inner peace is important for outer peace, how to develop empathy and the benefits of a more peaceful world.’
