QSA welcome better council funeral info

Many councils have significantly improved the way that they communicate about council funerals, Quaker Social Action (QSA) has said, following its research into funeral provision. Some have since changed their practices, said QSA. Furthermore, QSA’s advocacy has ‘resulted in over one in four councils making changes to their online information’.
