A travelling minute for Paul Parker and Deborah Rowlands was approved

Meeting for Sufferings approved a travelling minute for Paul Parker, Britain Yearly Meeting recording clerk, and Deborah Rowlands, clerk of the Yearly Meeting (YM).
Deborah and Paul will be travelling to Philadelphia and Baltimore Yearly Meetings in July and August to see how other YMs conduct their business.
While in the US they also plan to visit other Quaker bodies, such as Friends General Conference, the American Friends Service Committee and the Friends Committee on National Legislation, as well as the offices of the YMs where they can meet the clerks and their staff.
