Meeting for Sufferings: Exhibition space sought
An exhibition space in Friends House is sought

Artistic Friends have a dream – that one day they will be able to enjoy seeing displays of art in Friends House.
Meeting for Sufferings received a minute from Kingston and Wandsworth Area Meeting urging Friends to consider the creation of an exhibition space in Friends House.
The minute states: ‘We feel that in an increasingly visual age, it would be valuable for a variety of high quality exhibitions to be mounted in Friends House from time to time.’
The current refurbishment of Friends House, the minute continues, ‘presents an opportunity to install fittings to facilitate’ exhibitions. The proposal has the backing of the Quaker Arts Network.
