Irish Friends are to create a film for Ireland Yearly Meeting
Friends in Ireland are creating a short film on ‘the spiritual journey of Earth care’ to share at Ireland Yearly Meeting in July 2018.
EcoQuakers in Ireland are inviting Friends to take part by asking three questions: ‘For you, what appear to be the main spiritual challenges around sustainability?’ ‘Where do you find joy in the journey with sustainability?’ And: ‘If you had one wish for change in Ireland, what would it be?’
Brian O Suilleabhain told the Friend the group were very ‘excited’ about the project and looked forward to sharing it with Friends: ‘So far the feedback and interest in the project has been very encouraging. We already have two videos entered by some Young Friends from Junior Yearly Meeting, and we’re hoping to receive a few more over the coming months.’
