The less I know the wiser I get. The wiser I get the less I know. I’m in my sixties now – not old, but getting there. When I was a young man I thought I knew so much. I had an opinion on everything. I was excited by the prospect of having a whole lifetime of learning ahead of me – what a huge amount of knowledge and understanding I would have by the time I became bald and wrinkly! It hasn’t worked quite like that – though I have become bald and wrinkly.
