Grenfell Tower witness
A Meeting for Worship was held in solidarity with those who had suffered from the Grenfell Tower fire
Friends joined for a Quaker Meeting for Worship on Saturday 14 October and stood in solidarity with all those who had suffered from the Grenfell Tower fire.
They reflected on the event, remembered those who had died and considered how to ensure that such a tragedy never happens again.
Laurence Hall, one of the organisers, said before the event, which was held locally:
‘As part of that solidarity after the Meeting for Worship we will be joining the monthly silent walk held to pay respects to those missing and those who are no longer with us.’
