New communications and networking coordinator for FWCC EMES

The Friends World Committee for Consultation Europe and Middle East Section (FWCC EMES) has welcomed a new staff member to focus on communications. 

Julia Walloch, from the Vienna Worship Group, has joined the EMES staff team this month as its new communications and networking coordinator.

Michael Eccles, executive secretary from FWCC, told the Friend: ‘Julia will be working to support the online FWCC World Plenary Meeting initially, alongside other work with EMES developing the peace and service network. Julia will take the lead on EMES communications and will be supporting the implementation of the EMES sustainability policy.’

‘Having worked in communications all their working life, they believe that when it comes to connecting people, one plus one is always more than two,’ says the FWCC website.
