by Tara Craig 12th February 2016

Iona Abbey, one of the oldest and most sacred religious places in all of western Europe, is to be the venue for a workshop run by Quakers in early April.

Peter Coats of Hebdon Bridge Meeting in England and Patrick Muganda from Kakamega Yearly Meeting in Kenya are organising a week-long workshop entitled ‘Living and Worshipping with Difference’.

The week will look at how to move be-    yond accepting difference to celebrating it.

Peter Coats is a member of the Iona community, with wide experience of meditative spiritualities.

Patrick Muganda is general superintendent of Kakamega Yearly Meeting in West Kenya.
