Faith songs
Poem by Michael Saunders
I
I have faith,
not in God,
but in the infinite
tenderness
of your touch,
in the fragility
of this.
II
I have faith,
not in God,
but in the dying
of God,
in the snowfall
of lilies.
III
I have faith,
not in God,
but in the tenderness
and the dying,
in the fragile
snowfall
of this.
