Ellen Rignell writes about the Young Adult Leadership Programme
What is Quaker leadership? This was the question running through my mind when I applied for the Young Adult Leadership Programme (YALP) at the Woodbrooke Quaker Study Centre. The year-long course gives young adult Friends a chance to explore leadership in a Quaker context. It is made up of three residential stays bridged together by online learning activities, and offers participants the opportunity to complete an individual spirit-led project over the year.
