The Ethical Landlords Association reveals its next steps

The Ethical Landlords Association (ELA), which was launched at Yearly Meeting in May, has revealed its next steps.
Future plans for the Association include a fundraising appeal, the setting up of a website and developing its charters. The ELA committee is working on charters for houses in multiple occupation (HMOs), rent-a-room landlords and letting agents. ELA also plans to develop mediation resources to help tenants and landlords resolve disputes.
