A play about the Digger movement is touring Meeting houses

A play set partly in the world of the seventeenth century Digger movement is presently touring Quaker Meeting houses in Britain.

Digging the Dirt is performed by the Multi Story Theatre Company. It is described as ‘a moving mix of fable and political commentary’ and also focuses on what happens to whistleblowers in twenty-first century Britain. It asks questions such as ‘What do you give up in the name of freedom?’ and ‘How far do you compromise to protect your principles?’
