Until the pandemic, my life had always been moving. Moving countries and jobs, travelling for work. I was rarely in the same place for more than a few weeks – then off on the next work trip or to visit friends. Most of my sitting down was done on trains and planes. Although I did spend time in front of a computer, I was happiest when I was facilitating – up and about, sticking post-it notes on walls and checking how groups were doing.
