THe Church of England joins call to prayer

The Church of England has called on congregations to join pope Francis in a worldwide call to prayer for the environment.
Nicholas Holtam, the church’s lead bishop for the environment, called on congregations to join pope Francis, Orthodox patriarch Bartholomew, members of the global Anglican Church and Christians around the world to fast and pray for the care of creation on
1 September.
