New faces at the Friend
Introducing our new editor and news reporter
The trustees of the Friend are pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Kirk-Smith of Lisburn Meeting, Ireland Yearly Meeting, as our new editor, to take over on the retirement of Judy Kirby in early summer. Ian is a committed Friend who has considerable experience in journalism and broadcasting and we are looking forward to welcoming him. We are also pleased to welcome Symon Hill as our news reporter. Symon started work on 4 January and will usually be working in our London office on Mondays and Wednesdays. He can be contacted at news@thefriend.org.
