1,300 Friends have registered to attend Yearly Meeting Gathering

Spaces are still available for adults wishing to attend Britain Yearly Meeting Gathering at the University of Warwick from 29 July to 5 August, it has been announced by Friends House. Friends need to book now and there are no places left for under-eighteens.
‘It’s going to be great!’ said Paul Parker, recording clerk. ‘The campus is lovely, and the programme for the week is amazing, rich and varied. Already over 1,300 Friends of all ages are coming and the children’s programmes are full up.
‘But we’ve got room for a few more over-eighteens – and bursary assistance is available if you need a helping hand.’
