John Myhill discusses the benefits to spiritual development from our involvement with the judiciary
It is clear that our spiritual beliefs have an impact on the way we play our roles (as chaplain, magistrate, barrister, probation or police or prison officer, offender or victim) within the justice system. But what benefit does the experience of these roles bring to our spiritual faith?
We may find that the frame of reference (world view, prejudices) held by other players are so different from our own as to challenge our presuppositions.
