Children and young people from Glasgow spill the beans about their experience of Quakers
Robin You know the hardest and yet the simplest question anyone has ever asked me was ‘what exactly is a Qwacker?’ After correcting him I discovered that I really had no idea. I guessed some would call it a religion, but a religion that welcomes atheism, isn’t that a bit contradictory? The quote stating: ‘Tolerance is part of the Quaker approach to life, so Quakers are willing to learn from all other faiths and churches’ (BBC website) is proof of this.
