Paul Henderson reflects on the tragedy of Grenfell Tower

On 14 June 2017 Grenfell Tower, the twenty-four-storey block of public housing flats in North Kensington, London was destroyed by fire. At least eighty people died and more than seventy were injured. It was a truly shocking event. The grief of families, friends and neighbours was heart-rending to watch.
